A MAN was treated for shock after a car skidded across a road into a hedge near Salcombe Regis.

The collision, involving a gold Porsche 924, happened on Monday at around 2.25pm near the Donkey Sanctuary turn-off on the A3052.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene and a man in his mid 30s was treated for shock at the scene.

The road was partially blocked while the car was recovered and fully re-opened at about 4pm.
