A MISSING four-year-old boy was found safe and well after he wandered off from his parents in Sidmouth last week.

Police and Coastguard were called to Jacob's Ladder at around 2.30pm on Thursday, July 23 following the report.

However the boy was found by his father ten minutes later before the emergency services arrived on the scene.

The family, from Hertfordshire, were holidaying in the area.
