THE men accused of stealing �12,000 from Newton Poppleford Post Office and tying up the postmaster's family have appeared in court.
Tony Marshall, Farhad Hajilou and Mursel Haziri are charged with aggravated burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary following the raid on Tuesday, July 7.
The men appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Monday for a plea and case management hearing.
No pleas were entered and the case did not progress as the prosecution was not yet ready.
Marshall and Hajilou, both 32, from Wembley and Haziri, 34, of no fixed address also face charges in connection with alleged offences in Hampshire.
