Newton Poppleford residents have struck it lucky in the People’s Postcode Lottery - a month after East Devon players won a share of a £3million prize pot.

The lottery announced today that residents with the postcode EX10 0HD were winners in their daily prize draw.

A pair of neighbours in Capper Close who play the postcode have scooped £1,000 each in the announcement.

Judie McCourt, People’s Postcode Lottery Ambassador, said: “How exciting for our Newton Poppleford players to see their postcode come up again so soon after the big millions event.”

Last month players’ from across the EX10 0 sector won a share of a £3million prize pot in the lottery’s postcode millions.

The People’s Postcode Lottery has donated more than £182million to charity including a number of projects in East Devon.
