Sidmouth Photographic Club share their photos from September.
When members of Sidmouth Photographic Club go on holiday, it is no surprise that they bring back lots of photographs.
This year, members visited picturesque destinations far and near, from Sri Lanka to Southwold, Naples to North Devon.
The club has attracted a record intake of new members for the new season for 2019/20 and they have a busy time ahead in the months to come. The first speaker of the year, Peter Crane ARPS, enthralled members with his insight to popular Street Photography and images from the first competition will feature in the Sidmouth Herald soon.
Look out for photographers in Sidmouth on October 23 when fellow clubs from Exmouth and Woodbury join us to compete in the biennial 'Three Way Shoot'. Competitors have 24 hours to shoot within a predetermined area - this year Sidmouth - and the results will be judged by Gordon Aspland at the Maltsters Arms, Woodbury for final honours.
The club welcomes new members at any time and details of meetings are online at www.sidmouthphotoclub.co.uk
