Ottery crews were called out this morning to Sunnyhill in Ottery St Mary.
Firefighters in Ottery were called out after a one-year-old girl was reported to be locked in a car.
The crew arrived at Sunnyhill just after 10.45am this morning (Tuesday) and used small tools to gain entry to the car.
The girl was unharmed.
