Gardeners opened their doors to visitors to raise more than £2,000 for Sidmouth in Bloom.
Glorious weather brought out the crowds to 17 participating gardens throughout the five-day event which ran from June 29 to July 3.
Visitors could also pay extra to visit three ‘secret’ gardens, which included fundraising grandma Veronica Wood and two of her neighbours.
Cheryl Allen, from Sidmouth in Bloom, said: “It was a glorious weekend. One of the gardeners said it was like running a garden party. Everybody was sitting round enjoying themselves having a cup of tea and cake; it was very successful.”
She added the total will help the group to attain match-funding and grants for its projects in the town.
