A car was severely damaged after catching fire in Ottery last night (Tuesday).
Fire engines from Ottery and Honiton were sent to Gosford Road shortly after 6.30pm.
On arrival the crews confirmed the vehicle was ‘well alight’ and began tackling the fire.
They used two breathing apparatus, a hose jet reel and compressed air foam.
