AN OTTERY man s bid to raise cash for stroke survivors will get a charity bingo boost on Wednesday (June 3).

AN OTTERY man's bid to raise cash for stroke survivors will get a charity bingo boost on Wednesday (June 3).

The Herald reported this month how Hillcrest resident Matt Wintle, motivated by his mum's brave battle against a stroke, will cycle 254-miles from London to Paris in September to raise cash for the Stroke Association.

His employer, Otter Nurseries, has in turn been inspired by 32-year-old Matt's quest and will host a bingo evening in its restaurant from with all proceeds going to the charity.

Tickets (£1) will be available from 5.15pm with eyes down at 6pm. A raffle will also take place.
