Firefighters from Ottery St Mary were called out to an address in Spencer Court after reports of a baby accidently locked in a car.
A crew was called out shortly before noon yesterday (Thursday) and released the baby from the car unharmed using small tools
A Devon and Somerset Fire Service spokesman said: “A three month old boy was locked in a car. He and his mum, who was outside the car were a bit upset. We sent one appliance from Ottery Saint Mary who used tools to open the car and released the baby and gave him to his mum.”
