St Mary’s church is looking forward to welcoming people back into the church for services this Easter.
A one-hour reflection on Good Friday will take place at 2pm with two services planned for Easter Day, one at 7am in the churchyard and one at 10am inside the church.

As social distancing still needs to be observed, visitors are asked to first register for the Easter services at https://www.otterystmary.org.uk/register-for-events

Sue Jeacock from the church said: “On Easter Day the wooden cross will be decorated with flowers in the churchyard, so if your daily exercise takes you past the church, please come into the churchyard and have a look.
“Since the start of the January lockdown we have been producing a short online reflection called ‘St Mary’s Musing’ every week. For Easter Day we are producing a special, slightly longer online service, filmed in church and around the local area, with contributions from our choir and many others. You will be able to find it on our website at: https://www.otterystmary.org.uk/online-services

Details will also be posted on the church Facebook page in the morning on Sunday, April 4.
Sunday church service will resume from 10am after Easter with anyone welcome to join.
