A SPECIAL party for Ottery flood victims will be held tonight.

A SPECIAL party for Ottery flood victims will be held tonight.

The 'Hailstone Hop' has been organised by Thorne Farm Way residents hit by the events of October 31 last year and is a sell-out with more than 100 people expected to attend.
