Ottery gears up for organ 'battle'

TICKETS for a landmark organ recital event in Ottery St Mary featuring two world-renowned musicians have gone on sale.
The "battle of the organs" concert on Wednesday, June 16, in Ottery Parish Church will be Professor Ian Tracey's 30th annual visit to the town.
One of Britain's best known and most widely respected musicians, he will this year be joined by popular classical concert organist Carlo Curley- dubbed the "Pavarotti of the organ".
Ian Tracey's performances there on the famous 'Willis' organ - the largest in the UK - have thrilled the instrument's thousands of fans around the world.
