ALLOTMENT holders in Ottery gathered for the presentation of an award re-named in memory of a late plot-holder at the weekend.
The Bob Johnson Cup was handed to top grower Adrian Forster after judges were impressed with his weed free, crop-filled plot.
Judging was carried out by representatives from Adams Apples of Payhembury, with second prize going to Nickki Lowther.
Both prize winners also received a Blueberry bush provided by the business.
The top allotment award was last year re-named after Mr Johnson, a well-known and much loved member of the growing community.
