OTTERY'S deputy town clerk has appealed to residents' good nature in the hope a gold ring, of huge personal importance, will be returned to her.
Su Graham fears she dropped the gold men's signet ring in Ottery at the beginning of the month. The ring is one a few mementos she has of her late father.
"I've always carried it with me and have had it since 1971. It's all I've got of my dad and he was the only family I had. I really want it back," said Su.
She added she would be willing to offer a small reward for its return.
