More than 20 shops, cafés, restaurants and hairdressers have been offering shoppers the opportunity to win a Golden Ticket, winning everything from £1 to £50.

One lucky Golden Ticket winner was Exeter mum Claire Gaston, who scooped a £25 Golden Ticket at the Baby Boutique in Broad Street. She said: “This is so unexpected and wonderful. Thank you so much Baby Boutique. And what a beautiful shop you have.”

There are three Saturdays remaining where shoppers can scoop more Golden Tickets, with more than £500 worth of tickets available each Saturday - including a guaranteed £50 and hundreds more tickets valued £1, £2, £5, £10 and £25.

Mandy Shute, of Cutting Edge hairdressers, said: “What excitement there was when customers opened the envelopes with the tickets.

“A lovely experience, and we can’t wait for next Saturday.”
