Ottery St Mary set for unitary debate

OTTERY residents will have a unique opportunity to take part in a debate that is gripping East Devon on Tonight.

OTTERY residents will have a unique opportunity to take part in a debate that is gripping East Devon on Tonight.

Top figures from Devon County and East Devon District councils will speak about the draft proposal for a unitary local government in Devon at the Roman Catholic Hall in Mill Street at 7.30pm.

Speakers will include Devon County Council leader Brian Greenslade, Sara Randall Johnson, leader of East Devon District Council and chief executives Mark Williams and Phil Norrey.

The event is open to residents.
