GENEROUS members of the Rotary Club of Otter Valley were rewarded for raising 3,000 for a Leukaemia charity with a spot of four-wheel drive adventure last week.
After raising the amazing sum for the Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) at a Valentines Day auction of promises last month, top bidder Ken Chun celebrated his 40th birthday by enjoying the Land Rover Experience in Awliscombe on Tuesday.
Dale Edwards, ELF chief executive expressed his gratitude to the club and said the cash would "go a long way" in helping buy new equipment and aiding research into the illness.
