The outgoing president of the Sid Valley Rotary Club used her handover to announce another community-focused project.
Passing the reins to Malcolm Watkins, Sally Wilcox said she was ‘wowed’ by what members had achieved during her time in office, including raising more than £12,000 over the last year.
The funds have been used to support young people in the parish and Sally announced another scheme that will benefit them, Sid Valley Sea Safe, a water safety and awareness project.
Malcolm thanked Sally for her great year and promised to continue the good works she had initiated.
