PATIO slabs at Higherlands Farm, Branscombe, have caused planning issues.
East Devon District council’s planning enforcement officer Andy West has issued an enforcement notice stating that the patio area was created without planning permission in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. He has ordered the slabs to be removed and the land restored to its original condition as an agricultural field.
