A woman, in her 70s, was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital last night (Monday) following a collision with a car in Stowford Rise.
A pedestrian was taken to hospital with a head injury after being involved in a collision with a vehicle in Stowford Rise, Sidmouth.
Police and paramedics were called shortly before 4.55pm to the incident, involving a Nissan Qashqai, near Waitrose yesterday (Monday).
An ambulance spokesman said the pedestrian, a woman, in her 70s, was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital with a head injury.
The road was closed and reopened at 6.55pm.
