Six lucky Sidmouth householders have scooped £1,000 each per ticket through the People’s Postcode Lottery daily prize.
The High Meadow postcode is one of five winning postcodes today (Wednesday).

When people play People’s Postcode Lottery, a minimum of 30 per cent goes directly to charities and players have raised more than £148million to date for good causes across Great Britain and internationally.
A project near today’s winners that has received support from players is Hospiscare, which was awarded £1,000 this year to purchase tools to maintain the garden area of the hospice in Honiton.
