Person trapped in vehicle in Sidmouth collision

Emergency services were called out this afternoon to a collision involving a lorry and a car in Sidmouth.

Fire crews were called to the incident in Station Road at 3.05pm.

On arrival crews confirmed one person was medically trapped.

By 3.29pm crews confirmed one person was released from the vehicle and in the hands of paramedics.

Crews then got to work to make the vehicle safe.
