CUSTOMERS of The Radway Inn, Sidmouth, are asked to wear pink to Friday's karaoke evening to help raise money to fight breast cancer.

"People can sing or sing along to help save lives," said Sarah French, who runs the pub with husband Stephen.

"We are hosting a pink karaoke evening on Friday, November 7, in aid of Cancer Research UK and are encouraging everyone to wear pink and really get into the spirit of it."

She said everyone was welcome to the evening and while there is no entry fee there will be fundraising throughout the evening and a prize draw.

The Radway holds karaoke evenings each first Friday of the month and decided to "add a little bit of pink" to dedicate tonight's evening to charity.

Both Stephen and Sarah intend to dress in pink. She said: "We would like to raise as much as we can for cancer research.
