Police are appealing for information after someone in Ottery attempted to interfere with a plane flying above the town.
Last Thursday a Flybe pilot reported whilst on approach to Exeter Airport above Ottery St Mary there was a flashing green light on the window of his cockpit coming from the ground, thought to be from a laser pen. There were similar reports last year and PC Jim Tyrell is asking for anybody to come forward who may know who was involved on 08452 777444, quoting reference 878/14/4.
