LYMEBOURE and Arcot Park residents tucked into a free ploughman's lunch at an event that raised £100 for Sidmouth Lifeboat on Saturday.

Organiser Dawn Price put on the lunch simply to thank residents for their community support, writes Annie Wallace.

Thirty-six people attended the residents’ association event - that also saw a raffle net £100 for Sidmouth Lifeboat.

Food was purchased at Trumps in Sidmouth.

Dawn said: “I’m so pleased, the day went fantastically, and we were fully complimented. The food was very tasty too.”
