POLICE are appealing for information after a driver hit another car but failed to stop.
The incident happened last Friday afternoon in Alexandria Road when a Fiat Panda was hit by a gold coloured car, believed to be a Toyota Yaris.
The Fiat was then pushed into a red Ford Fiesta which was parked at the side of the road. The driver of the gold car drove off without swapping any details and left a part of their car lying on the road. Nobody was injured in the collision.
A police spokesperson said: "It is an offence to leave the scene of an accident whether you caused it or not. We would like the driver of the vehicle to come forward.
