POLICE are appealing for information after a suitcase was taken from a vehicle last month. On Tuesday, February 17 between 1 and 2am in Manor Road car park, several vehicles had been tampered with and the luggage compartment of a coach was broken into.
POLICE are appealing for information after a suitcase was taken from a vehicle last month.
On Tuesday, February 17 between 1 and 2am in Manor Road car park, several vehicles had been tampered with and the luggage compartment of a coach was broken into.
Baggage was taken from the coach and strewn into nearby gardens. Most items have now been found except for a black travel case on wheels with a pull up handle.
At around the same time lifebelts were taken from their holders on the Esplanade towards Peak Hill and were thrown onto the road.
A police spokesman said: "If anyone has seen or heard anything in relation to this incident or may have located a travel case similar to the one described please could they call the police."
