The driver, a man in his 80s, suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police were called to a single car collision in Ottery St Mary last night (Thursday).
Officers received a report of a Daihatsu Estate on its side at 6pm on Chineway Road.
The driver, a man in his 80s, was taken by ambulance to hospital for precaution.
A police spokesman: “He suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to hospital just for precaution.
“Every thing was cleared by about 7.30pm.”
