MINI moto" owners in Sidmouth face having their vehicles seized if driven in public, police have warned.
Sergeant Andy Turner said the town's police tam has received a number of complaints over the use of the miniature motorbikes.
He said officers will utilise their power to seize the vehicles if they deem it necessary, adding: "I would remind people it is an offence to offence to drive on pavements- don't do it. If owners want to one use one I suggest they do it on private land. Otherwise Mini Motos are bound by road traffic act like any other vehicle and will need insurance and an MOT.
