PC Steve Speariett said: "We have been working in partnership and developed an outboard engine cover which has the Devon and Cornwall and 'selectadot' logo."
The boat cover is supplied with a container of 'selectadot'- a security marking system printed with a unique serial number and a central property registration telephone number.
Both products can be bought for 25 and order forms can be picked up at the yacht club or from Chris at the tackle shop at Axmouth Harbour.
