Police name young cyclist who died in Branscombe

A 24-year-old cyclist who was killed when she collided with a house in Branscombe has been named by police.

Rebecca Scott, from the Exeter area, died after suffering serious injuries in the incident at around 2.15pm on Saturday.

She had been descending the hill into the village from Beer on a single track road.

Her next of kin have been informed.
