A Portuguese Man o’ War has been spotted on Sidmouth beach today (Saturday).
Hundreds of the sea creatures have washed up on beaches across the South West in the past few weeks, which experts are putting down to strong westerly winds.
Visitors to Sidmouth beach have been warned to be careful as the Portuguese Man o’ War can cause painful stings which can be fatal in some cases.
