Sir John Cave, on whose land the Iron Age hill fort is sited, will be jointly leading the two-hour walk with Phil Planel, East Devon AONB Parishscapes Officer, which will start in the village at 2pm.
Mr Planel, who is taking bookings for the walk, which still has a few places left, said: "We are hoping that Cressida Whitton, from the county archaeologist's office will also be present."
Kimmo Evans, of East Devon AONB, said: "This is an opportunity for getting local people involved in local history."
With spaces on the walk limited, the start point will be given to people when they book at (01404) 46663.
