PHOTOGRAPHER Adrian Oakes, who has captured some of the most magnificent shots of East Devon and Dartmoor, is currently holding an exhibition in Sidbury s The Kingfisher Gallery which finishes on Saturday, September 12.
PHOTOGRAPHER Adrian Oakes, who has captured some of the most magnificent shots of East Devon and Dartmoor, is currently holding an exhibition in Sidbury's The Kingfisher Gallery which finishes on Saturday, September 12.
Adrian, who is shortly to produce his third book, is always prepared to go that extra mile in search of a unique photograph.
Judith Stephens, joint-owner of the gallery, said: "This dedication has produced images of our local beaches and bays, but not as the day tripper sees them. Instead they are transformed into landscapes of another world with shafts of sunlight piercing early morning mist and making ethereal images at variance with the 'normal' snap shot."
Adrian is also holding workshops on September 13 and 27 for beginners and improvers respectively. For more information ring (01395) 597444.
