A road leading out of Ottery St Mary has been reopened in both directions.
Emergency services were at Chineway Road following an incident which saw a car end up in a ditch, between the A375 (Gittisham) and Yonder Street (Ottery St Mary).
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said they received reports at 10.30am of a single vehicle collision.
Officers found a car had ended up in a ditch on a rural road near Ware Farm on arrival.
The spokesman added: “The driver has agreed to go to hospital but no serious injuries are reported.”
