Finally, for fans of romantic literature, writers Liz Fenwick and Kay Jaybee will be speaking in the Cellar Bar at 5.30pm on the Sunday.

Organisers are encouraging festival-goers not to be alarmed by the talk’s title, ‘From Romance to Erotica’, but join in the conversation looking at the evolution of the genre – from classic Catherine Cookson to the saucier antics of EL James’s Fifty Shades of Grey.
