Rotary Club of Otter Valley's Youth Presents Music Competition a hit

YOUNG music talent took centre stage at The King s School, Ottery St Mary on Wednesday as the Rotary Club of Otter Valley hosted its Youth Presents Music event.

YOUNG music talent took centre stage at The King's School, Ottery St Mary on Wednesday as the Rotary Club of Otter Valley hosted its Youth Presents Music event.

More than 50 schools have been invited took part in the evening of music, which has been running for seven years, and saw students perform as individuals or as part of bands, groups and choirs .

An attentive listening panel kept an ear out for specific performance aspects such as presentation, accuracy of notes, quality of playing and/or singing and the 'tingle factor' as all entrants were be handed a certificate for taking part.
