ROWDY moped riders upset residents by noisily using an Ottery car park as a playground twice in the space of a week.
Householders near the Land of Canaan called the police after being disturbed by nuisance groups riding around the spot without helmets.
Ottery’s neighbourhood beat manager PC Phil Thomas has warned offenders they face an on the spot �60 fine and three points on their license if caught.
Officers dispersed a group from the car park at around 10pm on Saturday following complaints.
