RUGBY FOR TOTS: A rugby-based play programme for children is coming to Sidmouth next month.
Rugbytots will stage free taster sessions at Stowford Community Centre on June 6 and 11.
The franchise is a weekly play session for girls and boys between the ages of two and seven.
Rugbytots combines the multiple skills used in rugby with a fun, energetic and structured play programme designed to enhance a child’s social, psychological and social attributes.

All Rugbytots classes are fully insured and will be run by an RFU-qualified lead coach who is trained in paediatric first aid and CRB-checked.

TEEN PLEA: Sidmouth teenagers finishing their GCSEs this summer are being encouraged to sign up for a free five-week voluntary programme with the British Red Cross.
The course is part a government initiative which aims to bring people from different backgrounds together to make a difference in their communities.
