A SIDFORD vet has been putting her best foot forward to raise nearly £500 for an animal charity.
Andrea Lynch recently competed in the Exeter Half Marathon to raise money for PetSavers.
And the 39-year-old, who works at Raddenstiles veterinary centres in Sidford and Exmouth, is now gearing up for a full marathon in her home town of Londonderry at the beginning of June.
She said: “I’ve seen in practice the benefits of research carried out by colleagues who have received funding from PetSavers.
“As they support our pets and us, I felt it was only right that I should return the support.”
