Road between Honiton and Axminster treacherous - Wilmington is especially badly hit with water pouring off the fields.
The A35 between Axminster and Honiton is currently affected by severe flooding (Friday 1pm).
Wilmington is particularly bad with water pouring off the already saturated fields and down the highway, dragging stones and debris with it.
Several vehicles are also pulled up along the route, restricting it to a single carriageway and delaying traffic.
