A Sid Valley charity which helps to give care and friendship to the elderly and disabled has been boosted by Hall and Scott Estate Agents.

The High Street firm presented Sidmouth Voluntary Services with a donation of £450.

Claire McHugh, from the charity, said: “This will help us to run our SVS bus for a month and helps with the general upkeep.”

It was the first quarterly donation that the business has made to the charity, which is its chosen cause of the year.

Julia Turner, from
Hall and Scott, added:
“We are pleased and proud to support this local charity, which provides such a great service to Sidmouth residents.”
