A PANCAKE flipping Sidbury WI member was captured on camera at the weekend as she prepared for the village's big Pancake Day.

Members of Adrian Oakes' digital camera workshop were presented with the extra challenge on Sunday at The Kingfisher Gallery as they were taught timing is everything.

The portrait session included the 15 members photographing WI member, Mary Tucker, who was practising the perfect pancake toss in readiness for Sidbury's Pancake Day tomorrow, Saturday, February 21.

Raising funds for FORCE and for St. Petroc's Community in Exeter, Sidbury W.I. members will be serving pancakes from 10am in the Village Hall.
