The youngsters, who are all aged between four and 11 years old, skipped, jumped and ran around a mile-and-a-half from their school, in Church Street, to Sidbury Manor.
The event, which took place on Friday, was the first of many which will be held as part of a fundraising campaign set on raising £5,000 for new outdoor and indoor equipment.
The school is building an extension to help cope with the increased number of students. The new building will be used by the key stage one children, aged between four and seven years old.
Headteacher Charlotte Hill said: “We would like to thanks the staff, children and families who supported this events. Over 40 parents join us on Friday, it was superb. It was an extremely enjoyable family event.”
