Proposals for Sidford Business Park are set to be discussed next week by town council members.
The proposals have been tabled for Sidmouth Town Council’s planning committee meeting on Wednesday (May 30) at Sidford Social Hall.
Residents are welcome to have their say on the proposals in public speaking.
The outline application is applying for a change of use of land from agricultural use to employment use and provide 8,445 sqm of new floorspace, new highway access, cycle and foot paths, improvements to flood attenuation, building layout and road layout, new hedgerow planting and associated infrastructure.
The multi-million pound development also aims to create 250 full-time jobs.
