THE final chapter in the building of apartments in Sidford, ends tomorrow (Saturday) with an open day at The Heights.
The bankruptcy of the first developer delayed the scheme, and the site lay dormant for months until East Budleigh-based Badger Homes took over and completed the six apartments.
David Gwillim, area director of Bradleys, Sidmouth, said: "We are now getting ready to launch The Heights to the market, which in Sidmouth and East Devon is quite active, with a good number of sales being achieved.
