WITH enough room to avoid overlooking, Sidmouth Town Council's planning committee backed an application by Mr L Still to build a family room and utility room with porch extensions at Southcote, Coreway, Sidford, on Wednesday.
Councillor Jack Brokenshire said: "There are no letters of objection and there is plenty of room on the side.
"It will not overlook anyone and there are no highway problems. I understand one neighbour has sent in a letter of support and I can't see any reason why it should not be granted.
