A SIDFORD man, who is accused of rape, appeared in court this week.
Darryl Gibbons, 25, of School Street, faces one charge of rape, alleged to have been committed in October.
Gibbons did not enter a plea when he appeared at Central Devon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. The case was sent to Exeter Crown Court to be heard on May 29. Gibbons was remanded on conditional bail.
