SIDFORD’S St Peter’s Church will stage its first ever flower festival this summer.
Organisers this week announced the ‘Celebration in Flowers’ event will take place from June 22 to 24 to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Arrangements will depict various jubilees as well as church festivals. Fundraising for the event starts with a coffee morning at the church hall on January 28, and more will take place on March 3 and 31. A fundraising lunch will be held on February 11.
